Troy Langby is the founder and CEO of ProcessPartner.AI.

He has over 20 years’ experience working in operational and process improvement roles across multiple industries, helping organisations improve performance through clearer processes, stronger governance, and disciplined execution. His work focuses on a common but costly failure mode in transformation initiatives: automating poorly defined processes and accelerating inefficiency rather than eliminating it.

Troy holds an MBA and is a Six Sigma Black Belt. His approach combines formal training with practical, hands-on experience, shaped by years of working alongside teams responsible for delivering real operational outcomes, not just theoretical improvements.

He founded ProcessPartner.AI to bring greater consistency and discipline to improvement work. The platform was designed to support structured thinking before automation, using AI to guide teams through proven improvement methods rather than replace human judgement. Built on Microsoft Azure, ProcessPartner.AI reflects Troy’s belief that sustainable improvement depends on clarity, accountability, and shared ownership.
